Licensing and Pricing
What are the different licenses available for 365BOX?
365BOX is available in four different licenses based on user base size: SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, and XTRA LARGE. Each license is a one-time payment that includes one year of feature updates.
How do I upgrade or renew my license?
Update cycles updates are optional. Log in to your 365BOX Dashboard to find your licence renewal date. One month before your renewal date expires, you will be automatically be contacted from 365BOX or your one of our authorized 365BOX Partner.
Updates
How often are feature updates released for 365BOX?
Feature updates for 365BOX are released regularly. Users with a valid license receive these updates for one year from the date of purchase. After that a optional update cycle period (1 year) can be purchased.
How will I be notified of new updates?
Notifications for new updates will be sent via email to registered users. You can also check the 365BOX dashboard to download the latest version.

365BOX is designed to be fully compatible with the latest versions of SharePoint Online. 365BOX is not compatible with SharePoint OnPremise Environments.

Yes, each web part in 365BOX comes with theming options that allow you to customize colors and styles to match your organization's branding.
Are there any known limitations or restrictions with 365BOX?
While 365BOX is designed to be highly flexible and compatible with SharePoint Online, some features may have specific limitations. For example, the "Tour" web part cannot target controls outside the SharePoint page content area. Please refer to the documentation for detailed information on any limitations.
